Subject: Hardware Failure – Keyboard Not Working & Recovery Incomplete
Details:
Dear HP Support Team,
I am facing a hardware issue with my HP laptop. The built-in keyboard has failed as confirmed by HP UEFI Diagnostics.
Here are the details:
Failure ID: Q0B3KD-CHACLD-9D297A-G4WB03
Product ID: B85FPBT#ACJ
Issue:
Several keys are non-functional.
HP Diagnostics test shows keyboard failure.
I attempted OS reinstallation using HP Sure Recover, but it failed to complete.
Currently, the system shows “No operating system found” on startup.
I kindly request a service appointment or warranty support. Please let me know the next steps.
Thank you,
Sudesh kumar
