Product: 17-AB200NQ
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I am getting a lot of Blue screens of death.. I have searched and I saw HP recommends to use HP hardware diag tool.

I've downloaded and installed it with admin rights. I right click on the Icon and run it as admin, but it throws an error.

Why does not get installed properly?
