I am getting a failure ID during running  hardisc diagnostic: id is :9C139W-OOOA5X-XD7WMF-60DU03

Whats the solution for this

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure, means the hard drive is about to fail or has failed and you need to install a new hard drive.

 

If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
