I haven’t gotten on my pavilion touch smart laptop in several years so I do not remember my password. I have tried resetting it and it just says my PC is offline and I need to put in my last password but I can’t remember it... I have no clue what to do because the virtual assistant doesn’t help and every time I talk to a representative they send me to the recording that helps in the least bit.

For assistance NOW, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly as they will confirm ownership of the PC before providing any assistance -- something we are not able to do from here.
