Hello i have HP pavilion notebook 15 with AMD radeon with display driver AMD radeon R5 graphic
When i start new with window 8.1 64 bit the built in display driver was ms basic display driver
1-So i updated the window
2-update the bios from hp support for my model with my product number and operating sys
3 i update the driver one by one custom and install it manually .
4 ..i update the display driver from hp support
5..when the display driver finish installation progress every thing seeing to be ok .the ms basic display driver changed with AMD radeon R5 ..
6...all the above process i done with battery power and my battery getting very low at the end when every thing was finish.
.7..i plug in my charger and want to recharge the battery ..after 5 second the screen freezed keyboard mouse nothing work ..
8..i use the power button and restart the sys but its freeze again on the loading ..
9... I try without charging and its work fine no problem at All so i guess the problem is may be the brightness level so i change the power plan and make the both plan same as AC same as on battery ..and after this i plug in again the charger ...and sad its freeze again
And i dont know how to fix it
Note ..remember on the basic display driver no problem at all and my notebook work properly with both plan on the battery and with power supply if any one can fix this issue i will be thank full ..sorry about my english im not from usa

Can you boot into windows ?
If so, then do system restore. Watch this video (it is english, sorry)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sixGAIiPTlE
Find a restore point from the date and time that the system last worked fine.
let me know if you need more help;.
