Please, do LEDs like caps lock + num lock blink?
By placing an external monitor, does the image go to it?

He would already have to mirror the image to the TV... even if it was the BIOS screen.
But I believe that based on your description, it is something physical about the equipment.

To access BIOS, press F10
If it doesn't work, the machine is really faulty
