I have a HP Laptop 15-DY2073DX that had Windows 11 pre-installed. I was installing Ubuntu to dual boot it with Windows 11 and I accidentally deleted my Windows 11 partition, and can no longer boot into Windows 11. I have tried many things to re-install Windows 11; downloading a Windows ISO, downloading the installation media, downloading both and an extra flash drive with the RST drivers, going into the command prompt. Nothing has worked; they all have stopped me at not recognizing signed and not sogned device drivers. Is there any way to successfully booting into Windows?

Hi:
If the storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below don't work, for you then the only other suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to factory reset the hard drive.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
Since you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
The PC's product number is: 3Y058UA#ABA
You will lose all data currently installed on the drive by using this method of recovery.
