When my computer boots it goes straight to "Enter Administrator password or Power oOn Password.  After I try 3 different times I get an error that says System Disabled [i 86638929].  Where can I find the default password?

Then you will need to contact HP and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.
