Product: HP Stream - 14-ds0035nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can someone help? I have an HP Stream 14 with a locked BIOS, the computer belongs to my  family but they have no idea what the password is.  I need to change some bios settings as I am  looking to reinstall the OS

forgot to add the code I get when I try the password on Bios:  A [Removed]

Hello @CLOS2,

 

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the BIOS password. If the password is forgotten, the mainboard is considered irreparably damaged.
The only thing that helps here is a mainboard replacement.
