I recently found my old laptop but I don't remember any of the passwords to it I tried factory resetting it and now it's asking me for the admin password which I do not have either is there anyway to fix this problem????

Hi:
Use another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support
You boot from the USB recovery media and it will erase all data on the drive and factory reset the notebook.
Since the recovery is done outside of Windows, you will not need a password.
