Unless your PC has a discrete video adapter, "dedicated" video RAM cannot actually be increased.
Even with a discrete video adapter, the amount of video RAM is limited to what is physically installed in the adapter itself.

Download and run CPU-z to see what your PC has available. Your PC's CPU does not have integrated graphics so CPU-z will show what is present.
