Hi:

 

Unfortunately, no one on this forum would be able to help you with that.

 

You will have to take the notebook to an authorized HP service center near where you live and have a technician use the special HP DMI tool to 'tattoo' the information into your notebook's BIOS (product number, serial number, etc.).

 

The DMI tool is not available to the public.
