Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea1000 (446B8AV)

I tried to recover the BIOS using Window + B, however the BIOS recovery file is corrupted and need an USB BIOS recovery. However, when I tried to use Window + B with the USB plugged in, the laptop just start up and stay at black screen for an extended period of time with the power button light still on but no light on my USB.
