Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was cleaning the screen on my Elite Book laptop and all the information disappeared.  I cannot find apps or programs that I had on it.  I now get a message each time I boot up that there is an "HP U71 System Firmware" issue and I need to restart the computer.  I have restarted the computer many, many times but continue to get the above message.

 

How can I get past this message and recover the apps and programs I had?

What were you using to clean it? Was it liquid?
