Help with my HP

HP Recommended
HP 15-DB0043NA

So I completely reset my laptop, upon startup it makes a loud beep and gets to the windows installation screen where its constantly stuck at 64%. It stays on this screen for maybe 2 seconds, then turns itself off and repeats the process. Im not overly advanced with this sort of stuff so any help or suggestions would be a massive help, thank you.

Also, not 100% sure about what version, but I'm positive its Windows 10 that was on the laptop.

Hi:

If you have access to another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer, see if making a bootable USB recovery drive using the cloud recovery tool allows you to reinstall W10.

You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this purpose.

Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool.
