When installing windows 7 64 bit requires a hard disk driver but the site does not have it where do I get it?

Hi:

 

If you are installing W7 from a USB flash drive, you need to boot it from your PC's USB 2 port.

 

It won't work from a USB 3 port because W7 doesn't have the necessary USB3 driver file in its installation files.
