Hello, I have tried reaching out to Hp about my laptop. I appealed  my warranty bc they say it's expired , although I provided proof I purchased  that I got it in  March of 2020..My laptop has literally popped apart and is hanging on by a wire. I've only ever just opened and closed it daily for work. I need assistance. I am an RN working daily to fight this pandemic, I assist parents with help for their sick children. I have only ever used my laptop only for work and need this issue taken care of! I cannot afford to purchase an other laptop at this time  please help. Wish I could include pics!
