Product: HP 15-f2000 Laptop PC series (277G5AV)

Can anybody help me find a contact number/email  to raise a complaint. 

I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund process. I’ve tried the WhatsApp chat, telephone number and uksales. I’ve had no response. 

I’ve  got the paperwork from tech team confirming a refund to be processed. I’ve tried ‘call me back’ option and nobody calls. Today on WhatsApp the message was ‘sorry I have no clue’ !
