So, I recently upgrade my windows 8 to windows 10, and every time I shut down the laptop, the laptop won't off (the led indicator in the power button always on). Any solution?

Yo, thanks for the reply.

I tried the full shutdown method, and the result is the same, it doesn't work.

Do you have another suggestion? 😞

Hey, sorry but, apparently this method only works if I only turn on my laptop for like 1 hour or less..

If I turn on my laptop for hours, it's still the same as before...

What to do? 😞
