I got this laptop back in 2019 for college this is the name and model number HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch075nr. I've been trying to update it to the new version of windows 10 but I can't because it's telling me it can't run windows 10. I've tried troubleshooting it but it says to contact my pc manufacture to see about if I can upgrade the system BIOS. I'm thinking once if I can upgrade this BIOS system then I'll be able to download the new version of windows 10. Any help would be greatly apparated so thank you for taking the time to read my message.

You're actually better off NOT running the newest version of Windows 10. We get posts here every day of folks who upgraded to that and have had nothing but problems since and are now desperate to rollback but it is too late to do that.
The new version was so riddled with errors that MS actually blocked it for MONTHS so that folks would not accidentally update their PCs and trash them in the process.
The current version, v19.09 is still the most stable and MS is still supporting it, to the degree that they brought out a Windows Update with a long list of fixes last wee.
Rushing into new Windows versions has now become a really BAD idea!
