Product: hp 2000-2b09wm notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

So my hp 2000-2b09wm notebook pc just crashes when I install windows 8.1 and it's meant to have windows 8. But it just crashes on boot when fully install windows 8.1 and I fill out all the information and it just crashes on reboot. thank you so much.
