It doesn’t seem to be going into the library ready for burning.

Sorry, but I don 't understand what you mean by "not going into the Library".

There are two separate issues here ...

First, copying the files from the SD card to your hard drive.  That is done using File Explorer, which should see the SD card as a "drive", allow you to open it, and then drag-and-drop the files to a folder on your hard drive.

Second, the destination folder needs to be one that the CD burning software sees.  I don't know what software you are using, so I have no idea how you point it to a specific folder, but generally, you have to create a SESSION for burning, name it something, and then open a file explorer of some kind in the burning software, find the files you want, and copy them to the SESSION using the burning software.  If you are having trouble doing that, you will have to check with the burning software vendor for how that is done.
