Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi i have a HP g5000 laptop..I have recently upgraded via Microsoft win7 32bit to win10.I have noticed on System type displays 32bit Operating System,X64-based processor.does it mean it's compatible for 64bit and if so,how do I correct it.thanx

What you have encountered is a KNOW ISSUE with doing Windows Upgrades.
You can only upgrade Win7 32-bit to Win10 32-bit. You can NOT upgrade Win7 32-bit to Win10 64-bit.
You also can not CHANGE from 32-bit to 64-bit without doing a complete reinstall and losing everything.
Sorry, but those are limits imposed by Microsoft.
