Please help! I have an HP stream 14 laptop. It was my son’s first laptop. I want to reset it and I’ve ran into every single error message you can imagine. I don’t know if my bios are incorrect or what. I have created a bootable usb it wont repair or do anything. To reinstall Windows it gets to about 75% and throws an error message
0xC0000128. I’ve received a ton of error codes. I’ve gotten srttrail just to name a couple. I’m unable to boot. Can only access esc or fkeys menus
many ideas? I’m completely clueless when it comes to computers. I don’t know code but I sure wish there was a button somewhere I could tap and bring this thing back to factory settings and out of box condition. Anything helps!

try during the windows installation when it asks you which partition to install on, to delete all partitions first and install only with the C disk.
