Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f135ds
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
  • Computer has red light upon plugging the charge cable in, then it turns white, with NO BLINKING. 
  • when I press power on button I hear a couple clicks and the fan start and the light will slowly steadily short blink a white light. The screen remains blank with no backlight. Computer will stay powered on until I press power button to turn it off. 
  • I am unable to get the screen to power on. What kind of problem is this, could it be the  battery??
