Product: HP Laptop - 14s-fq0000na

I bought a HP laptop and since I’ve bought it I’ve realised I have to hold down the power button for it to turn on I’m not sure it’s normal(?) and I’ve only used this laptop a couple of times. I also found today when turning the laptop on the fan started straight away and was quite loud. I can’t seem to find the email contact for HP. Thank you.
