Another issue i've been having alongside not being able to update, is that ever since the LAST update that I was actually able to install, my sound has been giving out randomly. Sometimes I can fix the issue temporarily with a restart but it always happens again eventually. I've tried updating the audio drivers as others recommended and it did nothing. ProdID is 2LV24UA#ABA.
