Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 hotkey support driver from the 8570w mobile workstation...

it looks like HP removed that driver and I didn't check it.

Sorry that driver didn't work.

 

I don't know if the newer version 6 will work.

 

You can try it but if it doesn't work either, then there is no solution to the problem that I know of.
