STREAM LAPTOP. I need support from a real human. Is this even possible... The AI is not understanding. I have a few issues... Keyboard stopped working. I have tried numerous solutions and no fixes. I can't access Serial Number to download a driver, because the keyboard does not work and i can't do Esc Fn. There is no removable compartment to a battery. BIOS does not work because the keyboard does not work. I need a human being support to guide me to fix this, because the Chatbot keeps sending me in a feedback loop with simplistic answers that do no consider the problem of no keyboard. I can't even attempt a new driver, because it requires a serial number. I have already uninstalled and restarted to see if the keyboard driver would update but nothing changed. I am using an external old Spanish keyboard but that is not allowing me to access anything needed to get this fixed. How do I reach a human being who can help me... the hp support online has been extremely frustrating and im screwed for my work. I've been trying to figure this out for 2 days and can't work.
