How I can install operating system on a hp laptop that has black screen problem.

I have blank screen issues but external monitor, it work fine and says operating system not found. What's the problem here and how can I install operating system on my Hp Laptop because it has blank screen. How to resolve blank screen problem also in this case.

@Shabie1_9 Here's all you need to know and do:

• If it works fine on an alternate screen, please Perform a hard reset, Attempt a BIOS recovery  and then, Run the System Diagnostics tests.

to install windows 10 you need to download  windows 10 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10  click on download tool  in other laptop  and select download in usb  then take out usb and pulg it in your  no operating system. on the laptop   the click esc button 3 times  you will get boot screen press enter then there will be installation setup of windows 10 open do the setup and it will be installing windows 10 hope you install win 10
