Product: HP 15-dy1038nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased my product yesterday and would like to know for how long I would be able to receive support this way.  Right now, I have no problems.

I don't know what you mean by "this way".

 

HP provides a one-year factory warranty, during which they will provide free technical support -- but you have to contact HP Customer Support and register your PC for that to activate.

 

You can get support via this Community forum for free indefinitely -- but eventually, HP will stop supporting your model -- but they don't provide us any specific End of Life timeframe.
