Hello, how can I change the graphics card from integrated Intel to AMD Radeon? if it's possible I want to change the default graphic card not in a specific program

No you can't, you have to change CPU/Processor, motherboard .... that means new machine. Because iGPU comes with processor and AMD processors won't physically fit on Intel motherboard (on all notebooks and desktops).

Thank you i have one more question if I use a separate monitor for my laptop Can I connect it to a card other than Intel HD Graphics?
