How can I confirm all the correct drivers are installed ? I felt this was done via the support assistant ,but that doesnt seem to offer this info , or is there a recent update to this software that includes this please?

You can verify that in Windows by invoking the Device Manager.
If all drivers are installed there will be no cautions present.
What is the installed OS?
