I recently got a HP notebook from a family member. Serial number is [Personal Information Removed] its a HP stream 11 Pro G5. It worked really well for the first couple of days. I tried to get onto a movie website. I believe I picked up a virus, and then it stopped. Turning on screen screen is black and caps. Lock light is blinking.
