Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hello all: I bought my laptop one month ago with OS w10. How can I know it is w10 32 or w10 64 bit? Thanks! ---- Zhao

Right click "This PC" icon and select Properties from the menu. A window will open showing the info.

Yes-the Thumbs up has been that way a few days. If you click on it and refresh screen it shows, but otherwise takes awhile. Has been reported & a fix on the way I am told. 🙂
