Hi,

 

I have a laptop HP which has a broken screen.

Now I want to contact HP for spareparts but I can not find any phonenumber for belgium....

They always ask me my serial or model nr.
I find only the following nr at the back:

 

RMN: TPN-W121

Model: RTL8723BENF

FCC ID: TX2 RTL 8723BE

CNC: .....

IC:.....

SCT:....

 

but no serial number.
How can I know the production date of this notebook?
