Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased HP Notebook 15-ay543TU with windows 10 preinstalled . After formatting how can I recover my original os. I have not made any backup of the original os.

Hi:

 

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which by using another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
