I am getting frequent stop code errors: Driver power state failure and critical process failed. I was suggested to upgrade BIOS to minimize the chances of bluescreen errors. Can someone please help. How can i reach out to an agent from HP

Here is the support portal for your notebook.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-r000-notebook-pc-series/6875200/model/7308898
You can find the latest version F.45 Rev.A at the driver portal at the hyperlink below
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-r000-notebook-pc-series/6875200/model/7308898
Install all of the latest drivers from the driver portal to your notebook's Windows installation as the first thing to do.
You might try installing and using using the HP Support Assistant to see if it has all of the new drivers for your notebook and install them from there.
