Hi:
Here's the problem and the solution...
Your notebook has the Intel Skylake chipset.
For some reason, Intel does not provide USB2 support for that chipset until the chipset drivers are installed after W7 is installed. Some PC's don't even have USB2 ports.
Your W7 installation media does not have the required USB3 drivers to install Windows via a USB 3 port (nor will a DVD work most of the time).
The solution is to run this tool on a PC that is running W8.1 or W10. There is a readme file on the link which will provide the instructions you need to install W7. You will need to install W7 via a usb flash drive.

Yes the machine is correct
I install Windows 7 pro from usb driver, because the machine don't have cd-rom unit, but i have tried to plug-in usb cd-rom drive, but after i have disable "Secure Boot" and Enabled "Legacy Support" in BIOS, when i poweron the netbook and press F9 to select boot device, the USB CD-ROM DRIVE don't appears, only USB Pen Drive i can select to boot.

Hi:
Since I have never used the tool before, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you figure out what went wrong,
There are two other methods listed in the document for how to install W7 you can try, but those seem way more difficult than following the instructions to use the tool.

Hi Thans for reply
I tried again the process of create the Windows 7 USB Installer With USB 3.0 Driver Patch, and fortunally everything goes fine.
But Now in "Device Management" remain one driver missing call "Data Acquisition Controller and PCI signal Processing", i search in Google and is should be "DPTF" driver.
There is a Driver for my model for Windows 7 64 Bit?
Thanks

You're very welcome.
Glad you were able to get the tool to work, because I knew that was the best way to install W7.
You probably need this driver...
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:
If that is the only device needing a driver, and it is not accompanied by an unknown device with an ID of ACPI/INT3400, then see if just installing the Intel chipset driver resolves the problem.
You want the 2nd file down on the left side of the page.

If you look at your notebook's support page, HP does not include the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework driver.
