My PC is a HP Notebook 2000 PC running Lubuntu and I want to know how to go into advance settings in my bios.

There is NOTHING called Advanced settings in BIOS of your machine, it is greyed out.

Oh, thanks. I was trying to change from legacy to uefi and I'm still trying figure out. Is there a way to remove it grayed out though.

If you want to enable UEFI, you need to enable Secure Boot, which automatically disables legacy mode.

Note that if you enable secure boot, your operating system will not boot up because UEFI uses the GPT boot partition table and Legacy mode uses MBR.

 

You will have to reinstall the operating system, or leave well enough alone.
