HP Recommended

On some comp, I must have set up wrong email address.  Calls to Microsoft were no help.  I replaced my battery and now the Microsoft box reads [Personal Information Removed]  I dropped the t before the 28 on a computer, but not this one I think.  My correct address is 

[Personal Information Removed] I took the he battery back out, but it does have a full charge now.  Microsoft told me to call my ISP and they suggested HP.  Can someone help? Thank you so much!
