How do I create an HP Rescue Disc. Is it the same option as create Rescue Disc in the Windows Start Menu

Hi:

 

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

Use the cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

See this link for how to use the cloud recovery tool.
