Product: HP EliteBook x360 1040 G6 Notebook PC

I purchased an hp elitebook laptop while working for my old pharmaceutical company, Cooper Surgical. Is there a way for me to delete the Cooper Surgical programs on it without having an Admin login and password? 

also, I just logged into the computer for the 1st time in a long time and I believe it is running Windows 10 Pro so it is in major need of an update

You can use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

 

Pay particular attention to how to automatically install the drivers.

You can run the utility on another PC.
