I have no idea what you are referring to. I just want to return this laptop without any of my personal info that's on it.
Isn't there a simple way to return it to where it was when I opened it up....without having to jump through hoops? I'm not that tech savvy.

To reset Windows 11 to factory with removing everthing: On the Windows 11 sign in screen, hold the shift key and select "Restart"
After reboot, select troubleshoot - Reset this PC - Remove everything - Local Reinstall - Fully clean the drive - Select Reset. Then wait the device to reset and reinstall Windows 11. Note that all old things on that laptop will be cleared.
In addition to this way, you can also do that from auto repair mode when your laptop cannot boot correctly. See detailed steps of perform Windows 11 system reset from auto repair mode.
