How do I get a copy of Windows that came installed on my. Hp laptop? My ssd went out and I'm putting in a new one.  I can't download since I don't have an os

Hi:

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

If it is, use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.  You will need to have access to another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to make the recovery media with.
