Oh here we are lol, hello all, I've got Windows 10 and it's crashed some, and I'm trying to get out of the x: drive or prompt, I'm able to get to the UEF diagnostics everything is good but the hard drive or hardware for this is not reading the hardware, I can get into the bios part of the system but so far it can't fix anything at all, and as far as the boot key it's not reading it all but some to get to everything now, the storage is good but it's the hardware it's not getting it, oh sorry the hard drive it's not reading, it's saying no hard drive installed , the data cables also to check, above there's a (3F0) Hard disk whatever that means and it's saying to install an operating system on the hard disk, I've been working on this now for a while trying to keep it up and going but now I'm not sure what I need to do so if anyone can please help me out I thank you so very much, Tim

Hi, Tim:
It is very possible that the 32 GB eMMC flash drive has failed.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
