No UEFI on advanced start up as well. Please help

Nevermind. I have found a solution.
I had to turn off fast boot in Windows' power options at control panel to gain access to your solution.

F10 key immediately after powering on to enter BIOS. Really no need to change boot order- it doesn't normally work since HP machines will still default to hard drive as first boot device.
Use F9 key immediately after powering on to choose which device to boot from.

Immediately after powerin on try tapping Esc key to halt boot and bring up menu where F9 will be an option.
