Hello - I bought an HP 14-DF0023CL from Costco for the holidays. It comes with Windows 10-S Home. I put a bigger faster drive in the laptop, a 960 Evo 500G – I bought a ‘Windows 10 Pro’ key from Newegg and downloaded 1809 (windows) on USB using the media creation tool as described with my key I purchased. When I try and load windows off the USB, it just keeps loading Windows –S Home, it doesn’t give me an option to pick 'Pro' from the list.
Help!

Hi:
Whenever you try to install Windows, the only operating system that will show up is the one the key in the BIOS is good for.
To upgrade to W10 Pro, you should just need to change the product key, and your installation will change from S to Pro.
See this link below...Click the 'upgrade using a Windows 10 Pro product key.'
