Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Could someone provide me with clear instructions on how to put my HP Spectre in battery ship mode? The instructions I was provided by tech support were not helpful at all (I've tried every interpretation of those instructions I can think of, plus the literal approach to those instructions, and it still isn't working), and I cannot get a hold of anyone at HP. What I was told was to get into the BIOS, press ctr + alt + shift + s followed by f1 once the window for battery ship mode came up, but I the window does not even come up when I press the first four buttons. I've tried long holding them, pressing once and releasing, pressing repeatedly, pressing each one individually, pressing them individually while holding them, pressing ctrl + alt + shift then pressing s while holding the first three down and without holding the first three down........

Any input appreciated. I'm trying to get this computer shipped to them for repair ASAP, it's already been more of a drama than it needed to be due to other issues I've had with tech support, and I really just need to get this over and done with as I'm heading into another heavy deposition/trial season (I'm a lawyer by profession), and need to have a computer to rely on (particularly since the loaner computer I requested has not been sent to me yet). Thanks!
