Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi! I have a hp G56-130sa.I am having some problems with my operating system.So I want to reinstall my windows 7.But when I provide my product key from the sticker behind the laptop in microsoft website it shows "The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options".

what should i do now?Please help me out.

Please, check the attached PDF file below and follow the steps. You may need to use Rufus to create bootable media and also use Heidoc tool to download the appropriate COEM/OEM version of your Windows version/edition.
